Since 1986, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation has been at the forefront of a nation-wide movement to raise awareness and mobilize action on breast cancer. Today, the Foundation is the leading organization in Canada dedicated to creating a future without breast cancer.

The Pink Party first came about after Paul Etherington’s Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer 6 years ago. He felt his best way of supporting her through this battle was raising the cause much needed funds and awareness. The first Pink Party took place in his backyard with 80 friends, he co-hosted the event with his neighbour and an iPod was the entertainment. Since then, the Pink Party has grown into an annual “must attend” event drawing upwards of 800 guests each year. Only 350 lucky Torontonians were invited to the 2015 Pink Party and the event itself was hosted at one of Toronto’s most luxurious homes. Matty's Seafood was a proud sponsor of this event, serving up delicious seafood delicacies while supporting an incredible cause.
